This Petition and its attachments are important for each and every one of you to read. The issues are unique and of national importance. If you are a lawyer, you might need to use the arguments for your own protection from disciplinary systems gone awry. Only lawyers without fear of the loss of license can zealously represent their clients! If cert is granted, the legal business will change for both lawyers and the public who truly needs them. It will wipe away the fear that keeps lawyers from zealously representing their clients!
Appendices A through G include the Massachusetts High Court's opinion, the Judgments of Disbarment and of Contempt, AND my comments INTERLEAVED into the SJC opinion. My comments call attention to how the Massachusetts High Court distorts the facts and invents others. Their conduct is egregious and unforgivable. We the Public deserve Justice. Not only depriving me of a livelihood, the justices' action deprives the Public of lawyers who are not intimidated by the fear of losing their licenses if they challenge the judiciary. The system MUST be reformed. The Public must be PROACTIVE and RELENTLESS in working to the goal of TRUE Justice. Any and all comments from each of you will be welcome.
